New Build

Bellevue House sits high on the Tahunanui Hills overlooking the beach and Tasman Bay beyond. Located on a steep site with strict planning rules and challenging geotechnical conditions, a clever design was required.

Tony Karsten created a strikingly modern home with an impressive cantilevered design. Standing inside the floor to ceiling windows of the cantilevered living room you feel as though you are floating high above the ground with a bird’s eye view of Tahunanui Beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed working on this project with our wonderful team and fabulous clients, Nicky and Paul Francis.

Belleview House received a commended award in the 2020 Nelson/ Marlborough ADNZ Resene Architectural Design Regional Awards.
